As I spend my Sunday morning looking through old files of natural living, I stumble upon a few things I need to share with my friends and fans.
There is a universal agreement among natural healers both past and present that detoxifying your body is probably the single most important thing you can do to restore or maintain good health.

The wonderful folks at xlear.com sent a box of their stuff for review.

Last week, the fabulous folks at Head Organics sent out a box of hair goodies for review!
I had the opportunity to try their shampoos and conditioners.
